akash dwivediWorst experience....I took more than 25 days for the new connection. they said that it is verified but we do not have cylinders.They called me after 3 days and when i went there thay said that they lost my papers. They told me that i should fill the form again and this time I will get the connection in no time. What kind of customer service is this?? After that they did not have the the accessories. After 5 days they provided the Kit which was missing lighter, regulator and stand.They said that it isd not available and come on monday. when I went today they said, they still did not have it. that means from last 45 days I am just fooled by the people for one connection. The staff is also not very supportive, they give stupid excuses which are not acceptable. The worst part was that when i said i am going to complain about this, they went to some HP agency and brought and provided me the accessories. this is monopoly. customer do not have choice to go anywhere. I hope somebody will read this and forward it to the concerned department. Very disappointed with the support and unprofessional staff.

Sameer DikshitHorrible. I have joined come on transfer. With no signage and lot of difficulty I could locate the shop. At 11 shutter was down as there was dispute with subscriber and the agency fellow was roaming in the corridor. He suggested me to come in after noon. Looking for alternative agency.
