Rude treatment to customers. The representative Amit is the one because of whom I may not like to go back to Excel Honda Rama Road service center. High on Ego, no manners to speak to customers and will treat you in a way like they are favoring you in servicing your two wheeler. No transparency of what work is done and nothing is organzied out there. Visit this service center only if you are left with no option.
