Gave my phone for servicing but decided against it after they inspected it. However, while they opened the phone for inspection, they scratched the body of the phone. When I asked why, they said that it was normal for my phone and when I asked the manager to give me in writing that it was normal to damage phone while repairing it, he said he will simply deny it and say it was already damaged by me when they received it. Please avoid.
