Horrible Experience with the Hotel Blue Sapphire, very bad service, unhygienic toilets, AC is not working in 2 Rooms, staffs are misbehaved, food service is ok. The Staff was said the I would never give you booking and also told that He would suggest the other nearby hotel do not work with me. The staff said that booking is done with oyo in very lower budget. The hotel receptionist disclosed the booking amount in front of guest.
