I walked in to the store with a couple of queries and all of them were answered. The people at the store are helpful, willing to listen and guide. They also are open to let the customer write with the lovely collection of fountain pens , enjoy the experience and buy.. One more nice thing is that they dont hard sell so one is at ease to explore. I definitely recommend this place to those who are fond of superior quality stationary.

For me Makoba has been the best place to find perfect customized gifts. Be it pens (they have a very good selection of roller, ball point, fountain pens) or stationery (leather bound diaries, card holders, folders - you have to scan the section hidden behind a white door). You can get engravings done on pens and stationery. This service has improved compared to the first time I visited them. Donesh and Lovesh are helpful, extremely accommodating with requests, and make excellent recommendations. You will certainly find something that fulfills your need.
