Best place for the workout as they have 6 dedicated zones available for the workout. So, everyone get the proper space. Freestyle playground is awesome & all the unique markings where you can do maximum workouts with your body weight & can achieve maximum results in minimum time. They have more than 200 group classes available. So, its a good place for the workout as you ll not get monotonous after few days as everyday is a new workout available to do.

Great place to workout With an excellent view while doing some cardio workout. Helpful staff with a great knowledge. freestyle playground adds a spark in the club. Group studio is an added facility which offers around 7-8 classes per day. Definately a ideal place to workout.

Convenient location for metro users and Nehru place office goers, also great parking facility. The gym is not too crowded and had good trainers and equipment along with great atmosphere.
