I love this place. Almost all equipments are available here. Martial arts and gymnastics are taught here in a best way that everyone can understand. They have been training from beginners to professional fighters.

Really good place for training. You will get tired but once you start doing it regularly then it will be fun. I really enjoy coming here and also the students+teachers are great. Stamina, peace, concentration, everything can be taught here!

Wonderful ambience and very serious teachers. Want to join in? Be prepared to get kicked, hard and practice harder. People here are damn serious about the Martial Arts stuff. Btw, Its 10 minutes walk from Janakpuri West Metro Station.
