Pankaj JaitlyVery bad experience in first visit. Went by the name of HCL. After performing the ultrasound of my wife receptionist kept on telling that they would provide report in next 10 minute and latter kept on repeating the same for next 30 minutes. I was told that there was only one staff both for writing reports and doing x-ray. Finally I got the report and rushed to the doctor. Doctor identified that one of the key metric to be measured was not available in the report and the report was incomplete. On revisiting the lab HCL people told that the doctor who signed the report was not well and has left and they were unable to contact the doctor. Next morning after contacting for couple of times I was suggested to visit one private lab of one of the visiting doctors where the process needs to be repeated though free of cost. This lab was far away from my home and also from HCL centre. I was also told that Doctor who performed the test was hospitalised. I wonder, how can such a big organisation run with inadequate and unfit staff. Moreover HCL people need to understand that they are into Healthcare where people pay for the care and not for unnecessary harassment. I decided not to have the retest at the suggested place, though free cost. Got the test done somewhere else by paying fee. Will never visit HCL healthcare again.
