Ajit singh balyanI have been a customer of expresscar wash since Jan 2014 but after this experience i will go to 3M car care or any other car wash. On 2 Aug i was promised that if i buy a 5000 rs value card i will get an amount of 6250 in the card and in which if i pay 1500 extra the outlet will do an underbody coat and a teflon coating. The teflon coating will be retouched after 6 months. However when i reached the outlet on 14 aug to avail these services i was categorically told i had been falsely duped into a deal which does not exsist and if i want these services i will have to pay rs 2650.The customer care refuses to attend my calls or give me a call back. The manager was apparently busy in a meeting and though he did speak with me but hw expressed hi inability to help me out as the rates are decided by the conpany and not the service managers. I know express car wash is huge company but with this incident they have lost a faithfull customer. I think its better to go to 3M as they take their customers very seriously or go to any other workshop which may not boast of a big brand but can claim good services
