I am trying to contact them for an order their site shows delivered but I have not received yet. I sent an email yesterday and till today I have not got a response. This is my third order placed with the company. I was happy till now. They need to have a dedicated customer service. I am awaiting response to my email for a correct way bill no as the one sent to me was for my order placed in October.- Called them today morning and got the delivery today. I have yet to see the quality. Last two times quality was good.

Thought my order would be delivered in 2-4 days , but it took you 4 days just to print and moreover the shipping part was terrible, it took 7-8 days more to get it delivered after calling the courrier company several times..... not to mention that everytime i had to wait for 4-5 min for them just to pick my call was the most annoying part and further they provide a chain of contacts .....great though quality of the print is not bad but shipping was terrible .... hope it will be a better experience next time order id- P00007179
