On (11 March,2017) I purchased a car from Chawla motors Pitampura. Vehicle No. DL4CS0146 Santro Xing Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the problem is, Engine Sound, Document Incomplete, RC Not given, Insurance, CNG Expired, One free Service, Three Month Engine & Gear Box warranty, Transfer Letter etc. When I collected the vehicle From his Shop They told me all Paper & other problem u r facing in we solved under three month, after 5 month the problem was still there document not given.

Fraud Car dealer 1. Meter Reading Manipulation- Their every car show reading between 25000 to 35000 kms but in actual car has run above 1 lakh kms. 2. Engine/Gearbox:- They changed the original engine parts and gearbox part with old used local parts. 3. Forged Car Documents. It can be either RC/Insurance/CNG. 4. AC would not work for longer time. They replace original company fitted compressor with local compressor of some other car. 5. Behave very rudely after the deal. Arrogant people. They don’t pick the call after deal. 6. RC transfer issue. They would take at-least 6 months for RC transfer.
