Assalamualaikum. I went for Umrah on 18th of april 2017 organised by Royal Makkah tour. Whenever I plan on going to Umrah, royal makkah tour is the first name that comes to my mind. They are very friendly, polite and provide the best customer service. Shout out to Faisal Bhai (Mr. Faisal muzammil)who goes above and beyond to take good care of his customers.Excellent services and very helpful all the time. Amazing accommodation were provided to us (SHAZA AL MADINAH AND PULLMAN ZAMZAM MAKKAH).All logistics for travel, hotel and visa were taken care by their team efficiently at competitive price. They have courteous and well organized team in Saudi Arabia for local transportation. Keep up the excellent service! We will look forward to Royal makkah tour for future travel plans and also relay the good experience in our community. I definitely recommend Royal Makkah Tours.

Royal Makkah Tours and Travel made my long wish come true by helping me perform my Umrah with my family. Alhumdulilah. The tour was very comfortable and very well planned. Mr. Faisal helped us out to plan our Umrah trip.His suggestions were the best ones and I was very much satisfied with them. So we landed in the beautiful city of Madinah and within 30 mins we were out of the airport on our way to the hotel. Checked-in for 10 days .Everything there was just PERFECT. The Royal Makkah tour representatives were constantly in touch with us and were very responsible. Our trip was exactly what we wanted it to be and what we had decided back in India (i.e hotels, private taxi tours and transfers etc) We performed our Umrah and left from Jeddah airport! Great service & very well organised.

We recently performed our first Umrah (from 5th April to 19th May 2016) with RMT and the experience was great. Though I was little hesitant initially as we were traveling with a toddler and an aged family member (my mother), however our tour guide (Sunny bhai) made things quite smooth. Starting from quality of rooms in the hotels in both Madina and Mecca as well as the food and transportation facilities, everything was almost perfect. Moreover, our guide assisted us well and informed us in advance of the various necessary details that we were ought to keep in mind before and during performing Umrah. It was a good experience of a lifetime and I would highly recommend RMT for all my fellow Muslims who are interested in going for Umrah and Hajj. Munir Anjum Delhi

Salam, Dear brothers & sisters we all have a dream and Insha Allah by grace of Allah these do come true. So what else should be the dream of a muslim to see his lord and that is what came true when i went for my first Umrah (9th Feb to 21st Feb-2016) I date which i will remember all through my life. I was introduce to Faizal Bhai (owner RMT) by my family friend on 28th Jan and after that it was all made so easy by Allah, i was planning my Umrah with my Nanu (90+) and was worried but I still remember Faizal Bhai words, dont worry Allah is there to take care and we will arrange everything. As rightly said it was all set for me, i had a very wonderful experience with the group and Sunny bhai our group leader. Right from day one till we came back everything was very well planned. Travel-stay-accommodation- tour guide-important instruction by JMI Imam sahab everything was well planned by RMT. I would recommend all Muslim brother & sisters do visit the holy city and let Royal Makkah team handle the rest. They are not to far from you just Google :) Wa-Salam Suleman

I went for Umrah through Royal Mecca Tours with my Family. We departed from Delhi in Feb 2016 and boarded Saudi Airlines. We made one stop and the flight finally took us to Madina International Airport. Emigration is much easier there than Jeddah Airport. From there we got on a bus which was organised by them and it took us straight to Mubarak Al Massi Hotel. This hotel is located just 250 metres from Masjid Nabwi. This is really good for old age people. The hotel had free wifi service also. After three days, a tour of Medina City was organised in which we got to see different mosques (Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain etc) and Uhad besides many other mosques. There was another tour guide with us on the bus to give us hostorical background of the places we were seeing. The Hotel rooms were great (4 beds, hot water, mini fridge, tv, laundry was also available). There was a mess/cafetaria where food was made available. Timings were fixed for each group of course for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Greats food was available Veg/Non Veg Salads, Fruits, . So after 7 days we left for Mecca. We went into the state of Ihram from Medina itself and stopped at Meeqat to offer Prayers. Then the bus took us stright to Fajr Al Badee Hotel in Mecca where we put our luggage and went out again immediately for the Umrah Ritual. This hotel for 650 metres away from Masjid al Haram. Yet it was very close compared to hotels which were offered by other agencies. 650 metres is nothing. The food was same here also as the same caterer who was assigned to us in Medina was with us in Mecca. Also the hotel facilities offered in Medina were there in Mecca too. A tour of Mecca was also organised where we got to see Meccas other mosques and Mina and Arafat. We got to see Jabal-e-Noor /Gaar-e -Hira from below only during the tour. I , however went to see the actual cave on my own after Fajr Prayer one day (best time to visit as temperature is low at that time and few people at that time). I took a cab from Haram which dropped me at the mountains foot. We left Mecca by going to Jeddah International Airport and boarding Saudi Airlines flight after 15 days. I can say for sure that no other agency can organize the tour as good as them. I would like to make a special mention of our tour manager Sunaan Hijazi who was really good at his job. The individual attention he gave to all tourists was really special and made everyone feel at home. Also I would like to thank Mr. Faisal for making my dream of visiting Mecca and Medina with my family without any problems come true. May ALLAH bless you both for the work you are doing. I am sure whenever we plan to go for Hajj, we will be only going with ROYAL MECCA TOURS.

Nice service provided by Royal Makkah tours. We recently went to Umrah through their tours. They provided good hotel near Haram Shareef,good airlines,good local transportation in economical cost .Overall good travel agent....I really want to thank Mr. Faisal for his good cooperative behavior & always agreeing on our request.
