I am really sorry to give unfortunately Single star by mistake because my phone is not ok. pawan salujaCancelled 2 bookings because of driver issues today, refused pick up basis lame excuse, will get late book another one whereas GPS showed 4 mins away. Wonder was it any different than Delhi Auto, who always refuse to go in direction you want to go to? Had to pick up own car and drove, Hope someone take note

Amit Kumarthe worst service in india. Not at all safe for women. Cancellation paying customer when driver is doing cancel the trip. Even they makes excuse they are to far away. Will never ever prefer anybody. Paid almost 900 rs for just 25 kms almost 50 rs/km. Indian services are way best than this. No solution for compliments. Already sent mail two days back and many more thread on the same everyday but did not get a single reply. I will post feedback with all my friends id every day.. just wait and watch

Dr. Prashant KumarOffice is good but, no signage to identify the building. you can find it in one go as there is no visibility of any information. Parking is absolutely not there. Underground parking remains empty but costly. One need to ask many people about this office.

rajeev saxenaI booked a ride for my wife and mother in law to be picked and dropped at my office, I checked up with the driver Ashok who told me that he is just a minute away and reaching the pickup point , my family waited for 15 minutes , but without informing me the driver cancelled the trip and instead of the driver being told to show cause a cancellation fee of Rs.63.80 p has been charged to my account, it took me half an hour to locate the services to seek a refund of the amount so arbitrarily deducted, and there does not seem to be any direct complaint service. Refund of money is just no resolve . Why my 85 year old mother in law and wife have been made to wait in vain and why the cancellation fee has been charged, once the manifest shows the ride has been cancelled by the driver , if I have not lodged the complaint , the cancellation fee would have been charged to my account , and even now it has not been returned to my Paytm account linked to the Uber services , why should I wait for my next trip, similar cancellation in earlier rides too at Mumbai and once in Delhi too had been reported . I almost missed my flight on an earlier occassion when Airport Express service vehicle cancelled the ride at the last moment , when I had to make alternate arrangement and the cancellation fee has till date not been accounted for .Please chek and respond
