Hi, I am Sawan. I had very bad experience with DTC bus service. On 29/05/2016 at 5:10 am, I took a bus from uttam nagar to najafgarh route no. 817, bus no. was DL1PC 0613. I asked to the conductor for the ticket and i gave him 100 rs rupee note and he said that he has no change so he said that give me change so i said i do not have change. Then he said get out from the bus i said i have to take next bus so i can not go down. then pushed me and try to get me out from the bus and the driver said that if you are not going out side so " main tujhe bahr fek dunga " After that one another traveller came in the bus and he had helped me and he got down at dwarka mor. That driver was driving very fast and rough and he was recing with other also. And when i was trying to get bus no. then he seized my phone. This was very terrible experience with DTC BUS. so i want some action against with that driver and conductor if you need my appearance at your bus terminal i am ready to come there. plz.. take some action. regard Sawan
