no response, the lady attending the call speaks on very low voice and immediately transfer the call to concern section but no response from their end. ultimately the call gets disconnected. pathetic experience

My experience with Malaysian consulate was absolutlety horrendous. I applied for a Malaysian visa though I had previously got one. I called the number mentioned and all the staff sitting there is of no use. They should rather shut down the embassy here. People are rude and the attitude they have is worst than any other embassy I have dealt with.

Terrible service. I wanted to inquire about Transit VISA to malaysia. VFS told to call consulate. When I called consulate nobody answers the phone. After many tries a lady answered...and as other reviews say lady is rude n puts on hold just after saying hello. This is terrible.

I called embassy many times the lady answered the phone and cuts the line and never picked up again. Someone should take severe action against this poor service.
