A part of the Askok group (ITDC), Hotel Samrat has a serene ambiance. The rooms are very, very comfortable and extremely clean. The toilet is hygienically maintained with the toiletry and towels refreshed daily, as also the bedsheets. The food is just amazing and you get more than value for money. The reception is very helpful and the staff courteous. Room service and housekeeping staff are excellent. I would stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel, nice staff yet the urge to help is lacking. Food is delicious, garden is nicely maintained but at some corner the typical Govt attitude does makes its presence
