Ma RoJust a regular registered letter to Germany got stuck at DIMC for 10 days. Well, I understand that - the reason must be that the people that are handling the letters are illiterate, so it takes time for them to read the destination address and the Customer Declaration forms - the service is pathetic! and India wants to be a leader in international business! First you have to shape up with simple services!

suhail loneContrary to other reviews I was pretty satisfied with the place. I went there personally to track a parcel from aliexpress. The staff there were very helpful to track my Item. Mr. Dubey and his colleague in the loader section helped me track my parcel which was already out for delivery. They made multiple calls to coordinate the delivery of my parcel at my office. Thank you gentlemen.

UD JAINDont trust this indiapost mails and this delhi company. Worst Ever !!! i will not post a letter from your company you stuck my letter from 20days and now you are not picking up my calls .. You do not know that letter is so important . close your worst company... (angry alot ).

Kiran AgarwalVery very sluggish service. Never update tracking data on time. No delivery schedule ever followed. Customer care centre never connects through. ADG office is not helpful. ADI public grevience is not helpful. This office will never reply to mails or phone calls.
