Worst experience I had while booking flight tickets.I have booked tickets from Pune to Delhi and one of their guys sent me a confirmation email however on checking ticket status on Indigo website it was not yet confirmed.On asking about this they said there company works in this way only and offered me tickets in other flights. I mean its really frustating if you have paid money and still you dont have confirmed tickets. I have asked them for my refund as there is no confirmed tickets.Lets wait and watch.
