The owner or the manager of this monginis was very rude and abusive. She does not know how to handle a customer who was not satisfied with the service. In turn she was abusing the customer. I would never recommend this monginis outlet to any one. The manager or the owner is responsible for this rating. Never expected such treatment from a monginis employee.

i love monginis cakes ,worlds best cake ,i am still missing the cake which we had on calangute on 25th nov 2013 and i can bet u that u wont get that tasre anywhere else, i want to order the same online ,to be delivered at my place in delhi on regular basis
