Called to inquire about some network cable, got a quote. Sent my (white) collegue to pick it up and suddenly price went from 2700 to 4000. Had another collegue (with indian accent) to call and ask about the cable, they said they would give the lower price. My (white) collegue called back and said the price is now 5000, my (indian accent) collegue had to call back and now they said she (white collegue) was inquiring about a specific more costly brand. My (indian accent) collegue had to almost force them to sell the products at the rate they had given earlier. When she arrived back from the shop we realize they sold her a cheaper product thatn they told us on the phone. If you have the time i would strongly recommend to buy from Amazon, Snapdeal or Flipkart instead of Microciti! They might be well stocked to be a goan store, but they are cheating their customers!
