Casual, simple, silent place for a getaway. Garden and small restaurant is there but swimming is not in working condition. Near to calangute beach and market.

Decent and affordable place to visit.. Nice views and good swimming pool.. Great centrally located location.. Service can be better..

Rooms had good views but rooms are not tidy. And huge collection of mosquitos and ants. Pool was very clean enjoyed lot . Good place.

90% r ownership flats , the owners do not let customers to enter in the pool if they want to swim, no matter how much time they will take,complimentary breakfast consists of 2 slices of bread 1 sm sachets of jam n butter with only 1 cup of tea/ coffee, even 1 slice extra they charge 10 rs n 10 rs. For any 1 sachet of jam or butter, this hotel is the last option for any visitors, the receptionist wants a lady or girl only in bikinis to be in pool or not allowed, even shorts for females not allowed, rooms r dirty with no proper latches from inside
