TARUN MAHAJANExcellent service. Brand New Swift was given to me. Car Was Delivered and pickup on time at Goa Airport. Person who delivered and picked up was a good man. I would have given 5 stars but given 4 stars because for a booking of 6th August 12:30 pm to 9th August 11:30am they charged for 4 days in place of 3 days.

Jitendra KhatriVery nice experience.... We contacted through google. Joe gave us a brand new Maruti swift car for 4 days. We got a deal where pick up and drop to airport was included...because our hotel was in candolim (their base location as well) Very smooth... No jhik jhik no kit kit...

Ameya RanadeVery inconvenient experience. Did not provide a properly functioning car. The music system, clutch and break were not working, handles were broken, ac did not cool even at full blast and the car desperately needed servicing. Moreover , even though we were asked to not give any deposit, the owner stopped us on the middle of the road one fine day and started asking for a deposit of 2 thousand ruppees. He also tried to assault us and snatch the car keys. We were also promised that there would be a pick up service from Panjim at a charge since we were to board out bus back home from there. But again this promise was compromised and we had to return the car at candolim and hire a cab which cost us more.
