ashwin ShettyThe new staff who has been appointed is really disappointing. As on multiple occasion have been denied my appointment to Tatva Spa Calangute. As an existing customer, I always given positive feedback when Mrs.Ruhi was managing the Spa she always ensured customer will not have any issue and carried her duty in swift. The latest one avoiding her duty and there is no customer centric driven by her. I always recommended my friends and many have used the service. Now the behavior of the Spa executive have changed there is a no clarity in the communication . I would request the senior management to look into the issue and hire someone who is more customer centric and not trying to escape from the duty.

Sam SamantUnfortunately there is no option to give minus stars or I would definitely have! We talked to Shanu at the front desk and told him shout the deal we were getting online and he asked him if he would match it, to which he agreed. Absolutely everything went downhill after that, the masseurs were rude, they did not adhere to the timings agreed on, the Foot Reflexology was actually non existent. Shanu actually said "I did not agree or disagree with the inclusions that we had asked for" reducing our agreed 20 mins of Foot reflexology to 10. Which, actually, was non existent! We came back from this experience and told Shanu about this, the stained and oily towels that we got after the shower and what he said was shocking! "You want a deal and you want full service also, that is not possible" "Towels will smell of oil because massages are done with oil" Really??? To top all of this off, one of the employees who was busy throughout this entire time, in dolling herself up, actually had the gall to say "Stupid People" to us! I mean, wow, this was the icing on the cake! We went here because we had heard about the brand, but it would be better to get to a beach shack and get a local to massage you rather than going to this horrendous place!
