I admire their service center (Mapusa) efficiency and professionalism. The staff at cervice center is very supportive and polite.

They are the worst to deal with. I gave them a bike after an accident and received it in a worse state than when I handed it to them. They left it in the rain, so the fuel tank was full of water, for some reason. It was so rusty, it basically changed colour from black to orange. Half the wires are eaten or spoilt through. It sounds like my grandmother gargling when I accelerate and if I accelerate too much, it turns off. If you have no choice, I would recommend selling the bike, instead of giving it to them where the value will decrease to less than half whatever it was worth. Their arrogant attitude and general demeanour only makes matters worse.

Been calling them for the past week about rims for my access scooter. They only speak Konkani and when asked again and again, they say "kal phone kar". Useless service and the lady who answers the phone seems to be on her siesta at 9am!!

Trust me Scary Road to get there no option but to take that narrow sloppy road with full of trafficking at afternoon. I think they should change their location of service center
