It was not very nice experience with Manguirish TVS regarding the accessories of the TVS Jupiter. 1 month back,We bought the New TVS Jupiter with full cash payment with complete accessories which includes Safety Guard of scooter. But, while taking the delivery, we learnt (observed) that the safety guard was local make and not a Geniun accessories. (Note : Geniun safety guard has Jupiter Logo on it) On this we spoke with the Agent who dealed with us, she told that "since it is not in the stock we have not mounted Geniun TVS accessories, after 15 days we will call you for replacing the same." After this now almost 1 month over, we called 100 times to our agent but she refused to reply our calls. Giving reason that the geniun safe guard is not in stock. We have bought Jupiter with full payment in cash with Geniun accessories but, now showroom people are not giving any response.. They are mounting Local make gaurds to TVS scooters and playing with customers Life... We feel that they are making TVS fools with dealing with some local manufacturer... Please be careful before buying any scooter from TVS Manguirish (MARGAO).
