blackflyWorst automobile service in Goa. If u buy a Volkswagen in Goa you are in big trouble to avoid which you may have to travel outside Goa to service your car. Dont expect anything from these losers(slaves) ruled by a dictator(CEO)named Harsha, they are just here to loot you. My deepest sympathies to vw owners across Goa.

Deepika NageshWe were travelling from Bangalore to Goa for vacation and on reaching Goa, our car polo TDI started giving break disc issue. We wanted to get it fixed since we had planned to stay in Goa for 4 more days. We reached the service center at 5.30pm and explained our problem. They provided service within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. We were happy with the service they provided.

joy pereiraService needs to be improved, slow service, last year round the usual yearly car service was delayed, took two days, this time round the workshops swipping machine for payments broke down leading to a one and half hour delay. The regular service is very costly, this was the fourth service of my car, every service costs around ten thousand

Githin JosI have a vw polo gt tdi i was travelling from goa to kerela, and i noticed that the right fog lamp was not working, i approached the showroom from where they directed me to tbe service centre which was an astonishing 23 kms from the main sales dealer, i aarived at the service centre, i waited for 15 minutes, after which i was attended by the relations officer, she told me it will take a few minutes, i waitex for one and half hour after which a service person approached me, he said the bulb was in stock, and would change it, asked me to fill in the details of the car, lady at the reception took one and half hours to fill in the details and still asking me to wait, i waited for a toatl of more than 3 hours just trying to change the fused fog lamp bulb, The volkswagen as a brand is one of the high quality brands avaliable but the image is being spoilt by hiring people in service with least possible proffessionalism, I will not reccomend this service centre for a person who expects good service

Saurabh PaulWe were driving from Bangalore to Goa , after reaching Goa , it was not starting up , n it was sunday followed by a public holiday . We reached to showroom and it was locked , asked the security guy to give managers no, called him up .. n he was like angel on a public holiday , spoke well , arranged a guy to check our car and gave proper instruction .It was fab . Thanks a lot !! cant recollect his name though .. :)

Santosh GurikarMore than 6 weeks to fix an overheating problem ....terrible communication by service advisor ...technical advisor and so called customer care head ... ( who promised to rectify the shortcomings of the other staff only to fare worse than them ) would definitely pray for another option
