A great trek from Old Panjim lead us straight to Cafe Bodega, through a lovely path with great views of the city and sea. We were famished on reaching the place, however on seeing the prices, we decided to order only one sandwich each. When the sandwich came, we were awestruck with the quantity. It so happened that our empty stomachs were filled by the monstrous and equally tasty sandwich. We then tried out the Waffle, for which we had trekked so far. And, behold, that waffle was worth every effort we took to reach the place. We wanted to try several things, but we were low on cash, as it was almost our last day in the city. I would highly recommend the place to everyone, especially for the waffle, which was just lovely. A treat to behold.

A small quite eatery place for quick bites amidst of a lovely gallery within a massive mansion Also known as Cafe Alfresco. A great old Portugal structure stands high on the edge of the hill, is between all the reputed government official residencies. A beautiful pathway and an experience in itself. A bit expensive but worth the place and memories. Variety of quick bites and great for a breakfast. A must visit

A beautiful place to sit and have a meal. Amazing food and lovely hosts. We had a scrumptious breakfast and the host was so polite and gracious. Go here for the food and the lovely Portuguese ambience. Look for "Cafe Alfresco by Cantina Bodega" in your maps
