Eric. You are absolutely correct in expressing your experience. I had the same experience with Essential Electronics from St. Inez. The air con was not installed correctly. These showroom owners contract sub standard labour and do not give them proper training and when we complain they ask us to contact the service center. Instead of being helpful, they make it look as if they are making us a favour. Their behavior is the opposite before and after you buy an item from them. They do not realize that with the internet we can make or break their future. I need to buy a big fridge, washing machine and dryer but will not go to Casa Madhav. I am never again going to go back to Essential Electronics either and do not recommend anyone to do so either.
