Orra jewellery is the finest jewellery I have purchased, the craftsmanship is excellent and I have found that no other jewellery brand in India can match it. As a brand it is trustworthy and I feel that this brand gives you your moneys worth in terms of products, customer service, after sale customer care, and Orra diamonds sparkles and stands out the best - I will say go for it! No second thoughts. I have got good service from them for my Orra jewellery and I regularly purchase with Orra. They do have a lot of exquisite collection ranging from everyday wear to bridal and high - end jewellery. they truly cater for every jewellery need of the customer.... I am a satisfied customer at Orra!!

We went to the showroom, choose two rings, explicitly asked how much to expect and were given an estimated price. We made our deposit based on this verbally given information. So far so good. When we returned to collect the rings, we were asked to pay 30 % more than we were told initially and were told that in the initial price given, labor cost was not included. We had EXPLICTLY asked for the total figure. After we confronted the staff and store owner we were basically told that we were liars. Because we really wanted to rings for an occasion we offered to split the difference. But there was no willingness to compromise at all. And to add insult to injury we were treated really badly. To me this is bordering fraud. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in any business - just terrible.
