I was traveling with my relatives , had booked an innova, the office person who was coordinating the trip was good but the driver was horrible, and was acting over smart, was trying to cut short the trips as per his convenience, an itinerary of trip was prepared which the driver did not follow and misguiding I.e. that the point are closed, night cruise is under maintenance. We did a mistake of not insisting on a vehicle with carrier While drop we had to hire one more vehicle as we had 3 bags. Very disappointed with the driver.

The drive and driver was perfect. The call center sent us details a day earlier and and the driver was in constant touch with us till he arrived at our pick up point. After that he took great care of us through out the journey.... we will call you guys as an when required. ... wish u all the best
