Green forest, blue waters, view of infinite ghats, makes the place so beautiful & heavenly.Sweet melodious sounds from different spices of birds, back ground humming by bees gives a soothing effect on soul.Its like refreshing souls with Meditation like environment. One can get the help from the care taker so that he can show the things which are hidden from our normal vision. A must visit place for all nature lovers, birders, students. I was filled with joy & felt very happy visiting the place. It is a great place to spend some time with peace. You just keep quiet and listen for the many sounds birds produce. It is a peaceful experience. Also it is a great place for the kids to connect with nature as the place is not that dangerous but has a feel of the forest. If you are really in to bird-watching and wildlife photography, it would be advisable to reach there by 6 or 7 am and get help from the guides if needed particularity if you want to explore deep in to the forest. The other place I liked was the butterfly park where one can see a lot of different kinds of butterflies. One can also find different caterpillars. It is a bird scantuary not a zoo here to see different types of birds one has to walk around the scantuary for a long time.

Along with the birds other invertebrates and vertebrates dwelling in the mangroves also make their appearance while to trek along this stretch. The newly established rehabilitation centre is great for awareness amongst the younger group.
