We recently purchased Videocon refrigerator of Rs. 18,000 from Arjun Electronics, Junagadh Just after 1 month of usage, Refrigerator not Woking correctly, only ice refrigerator is working but nothing get chilled out of it, not even water bottle. After so many complains, they send someone from videocon, and they said there is no issue in refrigerator, in summer it will not cool that much But when we said our neighbour have samsung brand and its working properly, then they said "do not compare Samsung with Videocon, its compressor and cooling capacity more than videocon". That is ridiculous, Even Videocon Employee said that videocon brand is Bad. When we asked arjum electronics to replace piece but they said we will not do it, although we are ready to pay additional for it. They also threatted us that do not complain many times in videocon else they will charge you even in warranty period. I do not recommend to purchase any electronics item from here, at time of selling they commit to do everything but after sales service is so ridiculous, They are just selling pieces of Junks.
