The party plot is good but there is no management.. their is lots of mismanagement and just not have the water to drink and glasses

It is "okay". The property (especially banquet hall) is good and well-maintained. But basically there are not many options available for banquet hall for 500+ people at Anand and nearby surroundings, so this one is doing well in spite of certain clever pricing traps in decoration and faraskhana items.
