Good 1. Staff is courteous and helpful. 2. Rooms, beds, furniture, etc., are nice and maintained well. 3. Food served is good (especially the breakfast). 4. 24 h-hot water. Not so good 1. Some of the rooms can let in unpleasant amount of noise because of nearby railway station. 2. Hotel staff is found resting along the stairs, so it can get a bit awkward when taking stairs instead of elevator (which can accommodate only 4 to 5 people). 3. A la carte / room service for food were unavailable at least when I had stayed.
