Building has an amazing elevation. Although it doesnt have that chawl kinda planning which unfortunately Surat has fallen in love with, it still manages to be an apple in its own standing. Its also been designed and developed under a very reputed stable of builders (The Sangini group), who are the only ones who have been awarded a Crisil 5 star rating. The apartment has all the modern amenities as comes packaged with an appartment with a good club house. Although it does lack a swimming pool, which in my op is a must!
