Pathetic service have ever seen in such kind of restaurant. Waiters and managers are not trained at all. Orders are late and taste never like before. Need lots of improvement in food quality. Neither going to visit again nor gonna suggest to any one.

I visited Sankalp after almost 2 yrs. Last I visited it at valentine mall outlet. This time we went on Sunday , very bad experience. Need to ask repeatedly for sambhar , water, glass of water etc. We got the glass of water by the time we ended our meal. They are taking 3 times money and providing zero service , then why would one go there ? Previously it was good at service as well as food, now taste is also not like before.
