Too much oily food. Pulao or fried rice is like a soup of rice and oil. Waiters expect a tip, so leave some pennies behind for them if you like. Tipping is unusual in Surat although. there is a difference in pricing-service quality between AC and Non-AC which is very stupid for an average restaurant like this. My Feedback: Focus on Quality of Food. The location is midway, not so favorable for crowd. So making the taste of your recipe is the key to attract customers.
