Nt at all good travel agency. Doesnt complete the things told in iternary n doesnt follow promises n doesnt give hotel as per told in iternary bt gives degraded hotels. They just WASTES OUR TIME N MONEY. Dont every make a mistake to go in this travellers. It ws our 1st trip frm thomas cook n it wil be last n worst trip ever. Doesnt inform about days plan the day be4 or in morning bt informs at last time n changes the plan n pretends tht they have informed every1.Sometimes v hd to call them to ask about days schedule. And none of the person takes responsiblity for any mistake done bt just blames other person of their grp.
