Location and landscape are great... Landscape is beautiful... Service needs improvement.. taste is good but Service is slow... You have to wait forever for your order.. waiters are not friendly.. thanks

A pretty little green resort with good hospitality. :) The resort staff is great and the way they treat you makes you feel pampered. Swimming pool is awesome; I could order my mocktail in the pool.

Good amenities.Great accommodation. Poor service - too slow. Certain food tastes really good while few are just not happening to the status established by The Fern in other cities. Regional cultural adoptation for refreshments is a plus point but one cannot take its advantage all the time as it is programmed irregularly depending upon the rush.
