Pathetic Customer Service in Aurangabad.. The sales person Dhanraj assured me that installation would happen in 3 days but it took 20 days to install the connection. Internet would go now and then. They would register a complaint. Next day a message would come that the complaint is resolved, which as expected it wont be. You cant call anyone directly and no one listens
