It is okay when you purchase any gold item from them as you will be charged as per maarket rate & you will be informed that item is 100% return but when it comes to sell their item then you realise what is real world. Here comes first shock,I purchased gold item approx 2 years back with total cost approx 60K and thought to sell them. Market gold rate was approx 5000 INR per 10 g. more from that time so we were expecting that we shall recover our making charges and shall get money what we spent. Their buying rate were so low that if we will sell then it will be loss of 5000 INR in total. When we try to understand their policy for selling and buying, then it was bigger shock for me that their policy is of one page print out which they explain to publish online. I request to CH jewellers authorities that customer comes to you with confidence that what you will say you will perform which should apply to not only buying from you but also selling to you. CH jeweller policy means not a single page print out with different buying & selling rates it is more general document that is in general applicable to any market gold rate so if you give referece to your policy that you should show him that policy not that any absurd print out.

For years we have spent so much money here. In the recent years however management practices has visibly deteriorated. For e.g., you can buy nearly $20K worth of jewelry here but they will not waive the one time credit card fee for your transaction!!! Long story short, the last time we had the worst experience ever when the floor manager tried to fleece us on a measly Rs 2-300! Since we do not haggle over the price of labor (price of jewelry in India = price of gold as per the index that day + the design and labor), it just goes to show that they do not care for loyal/return customers. It seems CH wants you to pay for all the fancy lights/decor in their store. There are better stores like Nottandas, Damodar, etc. Even smaller jewelers in the city area (e.g., Mandvi/Panigate) are better. Their current designs are gaudy and loud to compared to what used to be available just 5-7 years ago. At least I do not want to buy loud garish jewelry for premium $$$$
