Bad experience with employee Praveen jani.i think he should be given training to deal with customers.after sales service of all gandevikar branches is zero.had purchased 2 special occasion bangle worth 2 lacs approx. Of which screw used to get loose and bangle used to fall.had visited their jetalpur showroom as well as dandia bazar showroom but got disappointed with their service.i think they are only interested in selling.once sold they forget their customers.
