Very poor service. Bus cancellations are intimated at the 11th hour & passenger has to bear the loss of tickets booked!

I travel today on 30/8/2015 from Nashik to Shirdi by neeta travels bus Volvo at 12015 pm from Nashik to Shirdi , Bust seat no 8 allotted was faulty & back fully behind , AC in bus not working as driver keep temp at 27 degree to save Diesel . Entry door was faulty so working very fast so dash of door to me. In Bus HULCHUL movie shown but CD palyer faulty. Bus stopped at Amrapali hotel near Sinnar for 1 hour as Driver & conductor get free food
