The service is the worst....one of the staff members stole my phone when cleaning my room....i never got it back cause they stole it just the day before we had to leave and the police need sometime to nab the robber....the view is also not that good. The staff members were abusive....my friends bought a log of wood from outside and the hotel people thought that we got it from their construction and starting quarrelling with my friend and to one extent hit him...i would suggest never go there....not even if all the rooms are full in every other hotel.

This is good place located near Subhas Chowk (around 8 min upwards walking, will be difficult for elderly people). Clean and big room with some good view from glass (no balcony) bathroom is oki. We had breakfast as a part of package and ordered dinner separately as well, on both occasion food quality and quantity was good. They arranged cab for sightseeing... During my trip I twisted my ankle luckily doctor was available at around 500 metres (Gautam clinic) I got relief from pain in 30 mins, which helped me to enjoy my trip with family.... Over all Dalhousie is best place to enjoy the nature...
