Absolutely nice experience I got here. I think it is the highest peak of Shimla (Around 8000 ft.) too. Reaching temple was really tough as one has to walk on inclination of approx 30-40 degree. One can book a taxi too to reach there. The statue of lord Hanumana is 108 ft. high. But be very careful from monkeys. Even I went through a mishap there, the monkey take away my Spectacle... But local people helped me there.

Extraordinary place. Cool and high breeze in summer. Stunning sunrise and sunset experience. Awe-inspiring beauty. Watch out for the monkeys, they are so many of then (also they are naughty & cunning). Fabulous Hanuman Temple with unforgettable statue.

Top most place at simla. ..beautiful. ..it is believed that God hanuma took rest here during his travel to Himalayas during his search of medicinal plant for injured Lakshman. ..it is one cold place and remain covered with ice during winter.

Very picturesque set amidst the deodar trees, this is a Religious Hindu temple devoted to monkey God Lord Hanuman, but open to all tourists. Provides a great view of Shimla from the top. Can be reached directly on foot or cab. Steep hike takes 30 minutes to one hour on foot depending on your fitness level. Has a grand Lord Hanuman statue one of the highest in India. Some small restaurants also up there if you feel hungry after the hike. Nice sitting areas and parks to relax after you have offered prayers. Clear blue skies on a sunny day and foggy during the monsoons which is a different experience all together. Must visit.

Awesome place. Beware of the ferocious monkeys. Rent a stick. Hangman statue of 108 feet is breathtaking. I loved. You can take the photograph.

Great holy place of lord hanuman...on the top of the hill...you can reach there by your own car but the road is very narrow and very high hilly road....so go with your vehicle only if you are fully confident to drive in hilly areas. This is a historic Temple ....every sunday and on special occasions you can have bhandara over there up to 3 pm. One more important thing I want to share....be very careful in temple from Monkey ...there are lots of wild monkeies in temple and they snatches volets, hand bags, sunglasses and even mobile and cameras from your hands....so be careful about this.
