Simran AroraHimachal Pradesh is a COLD state with such warm people. This hotel is my top priority when ever I am visiting with my family. The staff comprises of humble people. They will go to any extent to make sure that your experience was satisfactory.The beds are nice and the whole room arrangement is good with 24hr water with attached high power guizer. TVs are well working and toilets are clean. Now we have to understand that Internet is a general problem in HP so disconnections should be totally overlooked. During evening, right opposite the hotel, there is a nice bench to sit while you can support the local economy by eating boiled eggs laced with chatpatta masala. The hotel is near to the court so drop off at court.Lastly they offer great taxi and sight seeing service. Special thanks to the BOSS (great voice you have man),Narendra(room service person whom you shall find so warm to interact with) and Chaman(the man with such a nice and unique name) whom you shall see at the reception.
