Saahhir FaissalWell.....Right from moment I planned my trip I got many quotations from various travel agents, but Trans Himalayan was slightly different from others. There are many factors to be appreciated in this regard. I must appreciate the lady named Heena employed by Trans Himalayan who understood my requirement the best way and came up with a perfect itinerary and planned my trip. She guided and assisted me in every possible way when she was on and off duty. The professionalism of this lady is highly praiseworthy. The accommodation provided to me was too good as promised and the hospitality was great. Heena was available all the time and to mention here, she was available very early in the morning and late nights to assist and helped in every possible way whenever I needed. Her patience and service orientation was too good that I felt very comfortable throughout my vacation. The transportation provided to me was ultimate and the driver named Ajay Singh was extremely humble and took me over everywhere with great responsibility. He was so good that he tolerated me and was very determined. With the kind of service I was provided, I strongly recommend this travel agency for a great vacation and I thank Trans Himalayan, Heena and Ajay for their good job.
