very bad service, i just bought a hero scooty last month on 6 jun 2017 , and after 15 days only there was a issue in starting the scooty so i called agency about it and they said that just start with the help of kick that also i did but with the help of mechanic i started it , and then again after 30 days there is a problem so i again called agency and talked to person of the agency and they took my complaint , that i put on last Wednesday and they even not asked my name , email, and even contact no, saying that we pull the record from called id , so then also i gave them forcefully my no, name and they put my complaint , and just said me that there is no mechanic in agency right now once it will be available we will send it to me shimla, but today 1 week is going to be there and there is no response from there . dont know there is no mechanic still with then or they are just making fools of customers . very poor customer service very poor .
