Shivank SharmaVery bad service of royal enfield. The service department is too inexperienced even they were unable to find the fault in the vehicle. They do not have the proper knowledge of the products. I purchased RE thunderbird from them. After facing so many issues they failed to resolve the single one. So i personally suggest dont buy any RE product from them. They are only here for money. There are so many sales employees but at the service centre you will find 2-3 mechanics who are there for free services and if you face any problem with the vehicle they end up in making it worse or with no solution..

ankit soodBought i10 grand 3 months back in Shimla. On my way to Delhi when I switched on the A/c realised that it did not produce any cooling affect. On getting the car checked at authorized service centre it was found tgat the filter was completely choked and in a bad condition.Car has been driven only 8000 kms and the mechanic of the service centre was of the opinion that the filter installed was either too old or of poor quality. Previously I claimed insurance for damages to my another car but service was pathetic. Apart from the damages that were repaired, I also observed that other features like Horn,Centre locking and brake system were deteriorated. Very bad and uneducated staff who misbehave with customers and do not have the courtesy to even talk properly
