Amol KodreBought Cooler from these guys, delivery was asked to be done around 8 pm but not received till 10.45 pm. These people shop is just 3 km from my home. 3 Hrs delay for shorter distance and the guy attending call has so much attitude. They are least bothered about other persons convenience. Pathetic moron talks like he is giving me this stuff free of cost. Never ever buy from these people.

Vinod JoshiExtremely poor service.. bought a hitachi split ac and a stabalizer.. to my susprise both the appliances were faulty.. they replaced the stabalizer after multipe follow ups n then we came to know the motor in the ac is faulty.. they asked me to reach out to hitachi service center and someone visited the next day after multiple followups and confirmed that the motor is faulty.. Now these Sargam people are awaiting some approval from somewhere that is taking endless time for the delivery to be made.. These people usually do not pick the phone.. i have been undergoing the most harrowing experience with Sargam and Hitachi brand.. The most annoying fact is after coming to know that motor is fautly i lost trust in hitachi so i asked them to replace it with some other non hitachi model to which they agreed.. And now some approving guy from rohini says that this is not possible as it was me who chose Hitachi.. i have difficulty understanding that even these guys workikg for the same unit are not on same page.. every person will have diff theory.. It sucks... i wud suggest better avoid this place if you value your hard earned money... This place FULL of FALSE PROMISES.. They ruided my last 5 days and till now no whereabouts to ke seen of there technician..

Lokesh LalWorst experience as compared to there Pitampura branch. They delivered defective product and then asked to contact company IFB for replacement . The whole process took 1 month n things r still not clear. Avoid buying stuff from this store.
